Trouble to Stream

Hi,
unfortunately I can not help myself. The error message tells me nothing. I can not stream. The PC was completely rebuilt and all drivers were brought up to date. The PC is only made for streaming. But no matter what I change I get nothing to stream.

Remove all the plugins you added. Your computer can't stream at 1080p, select 720p (or 480p) 30 fps and 3000kbps or less
An i5-3470 CPU, 8Gb of RAM and nVidia GT610 are in the low end for this.
