Trouble to start stream

Hi, I'm trying to start a stream using the QuickSync H.264 codec, but I'm getting an error like the one in the screenshot. My processor is an Intel Pentium J2900. I have installed the latest drivers available.

Your processor is from Q4'13 and QuickSync from then is likely no longer supported in the newest version of OBS. Try the last version of 28. If that doesn't work try the last version 27. You can download older versions from https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases
