Question / Help Trouble streaming with my AMD 1700X , Twitch inspector say the stream in fine but looking from a phone or other computer the stream is jerky :(

Hi , I don't know why but when I stream Rainbow 6 Siege , my stream looks unstable and laggy or jerky if you prefer , but other game like PUBG or CS-GO no probleme (most of the time) , I keep trying to find the probleme but no succes so far. I did uninstall /reinstall OBS , everything is update connection is fine just can do a proper stream without issue :'( Can someone help me plz

PC specs: AMD 1700X
Gaming on : RTX 2080
Streaming on : GTX 1060 6gb
DDR4 16g Ram 3000Mhz

Streaming in 720p 60fps , Canvas 1440p ( my screen native Resolution)
