Question / Help Trouble getting Razer Ripsaw to display

Hey everyone,

I am trying to get my streaming setup running smoothly but have hit a snag. For the life of my I can't get my Razer Ripsaw to properly display when I add the source. Most of the time it remains a black screen but recently I have been getting a message that says signal out of range. After changing the resolution up and down I have only once got it to display the xbox dashboard and it froze on the one frame. Been through all the troubleshooting with Razer support and no luck. Other video capture device sources work such as my webcam. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an issue with capture cards that require decoding right now. There should be a hotfix up very soon for this.

Yes, the fix was already published that same day. If you are still having an issue, please make a new thread and include a log file.
