Question / Help Trouble connecting to server?

We've been using OBS awhile to broadcast school news. Just in the last few days having new problem saying it won't connect to the server. I cannot figure out if this is an OBS issues, computer issues, server issues, or... We are using The Cube as a free source to stream, it has changed hands and we will be out May 1st. Are they shutting us down sooner? Log file below
