Trigger Cantabile song with OBS video

I created bindings in Cantabile performer to sync songs to videos in OBS. The bindings work but its way out of sync and the videos have a lot of rendering lag. The videos play perfectly in OBS alone so I'm wondering if someone could tell me how to go about doing the opposite. Using OBS as the master to trigger Cantabile. I can't even get the output binding to work in obs-midi-mg. The switch to output binding at the top doesnt light up.

Yes I have the newest version. It works but is no synced to the songs and has render lagging.
