Question / Help Tried to stream Darkest Dungeon this evening, did not go smoothly

I tried to stream Darkest Dungeon (and ran Borderlands 2 to see if that changed the quality) this evening and my viewers had video and frame skips, though the audio was perfectly fine.

I have watched a few videos on youtube and read through multiple posts, trying different setups to fix things but to no avail. I found an old thread from an OBS user posting their system specs and asking for help tailoring stream settings to their system, so I thought I would give it a go. Anyone who can help, I would appreciate it!

MONITOR: 1600 x 900
VIDEO CARD: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750, running at 4095mb
PROCESSOR: AMD FX-6300 Six-core processor ~ 3.5GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x 8gb

I am using advanced mode because that is what the videos from accomplished streamers online and forums posts have reccommended.
I have added the log file to the original post, sorry I didn't include it at first.

Yep there's your problem your Quality to all servers is zero, it needs to be 80 plus to give you a reliable enough connection to stream at a consistent quality :-(

I can't imagine it will make much difference but try Settings, Advanced, Network and check "Enable new networking code" and "Low latency mode"

You can also try Tools, Auto Configuration Wizard as this will try and work out what resolution you can fit in the bandwidth available but I don't imagine it'll come up with figures you are happy with.

I used the auto configuration wizard and will try it out next chance I get!
I also enabled the low latency and new networking code to see how I go.

Thank you for all your help! I will post a reply to this when I next stream, I appreciate it Adrian!

UPDATE: I ran a number of test streams using Twitch Inspector (I had no idea that existed) for about an hour and 500 kbps bitrate on my video output is the only way I am able to manage a connection with no instabilities. The settings and fixes you suggested were a huge help to tweak what I needed, thank you again!
