Actually not anymore. I have created a vlan for internet on my local cicso switch and now running hard wired. The dropped frames is one thing - OBS x64 crashing almost as soon as a streaming session is started is totally another. Wireless or wired connection to upstream network it STILL crashes - out of the blue. Because at one point it was working fine then one day it just stopped working and started crashing. The profile being used is THE SAME one being used by the 32bit version which does seem to work - for now at least... There was nothing added or subtracted from the system at the time it started to crash which is perplexing.
Also, just to be clear about the whole frame dropping deal, there was a noticeable INCREASE in the amount of dropped frames with the 0.16.xx version as opposed to the 0.15.xx version - all other things remaining the same. Hence the reason I just dropped back to 0.15.xx.
