Question / Help Tried everything but still massive FPS Drops.

I was reading through (almost) every forum post how to fix it, but nothing worked. I also was watching many videos on how to fix it. I tried everything and I really need help.
I only get FPS Drops In-game. In the Main Menu of the Game everything works fine

CPU : Intel Core i7-5820K
GPU : Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Extreme Core Edition

Nevermind. I am using OBS Studio now and its working fine, but if you have a fix for just OBS please write it down here ty :)
