Question / Help Tried everything.Black screen is winning

Ive done a number of things to fix my OBS. My windows capture is working fine. When I try to game capture its either black or when it decides to record it freezes on a frame and doesn't move. Ive streamed perfectly fine every other day until I decided to stream today. Please assist me its a huge headache.

Hmm, have you made sure that your Window of your Game Capture, if capturing the right Window of what you want to Record?.
