Question / Help tried aboslutley every setting and still droppping frames

Please someone help ive been non stop doing test and messing around with obs for about a week now still cant find my settings really trying to get 720 p 30 fps with my 2.7 upload speed according to speedtest.net and other websites as well. here is my log please help also trying to stream at at least 1800bit rates. Also i have my tv monitor which is 1920x1080 and my monitor i dont know to much about but its asus gaming monitor

put my cpu on high priorty and gpu on high quality preset with the nvidia coding and got it down to like 30 frames droppped ... at 1800 kbps but it keeps going up but that as stable as i can get it to be honest

You need a better Internet service plan.

If you can't afford it or your ISP doesn't offer a higher upload speed, then you move to a lower resolution, 480p (854x480)

You need to read the link that was posted by OG See OH Zee
Especially if your internet plan supports higher upload speeds, if you can't maintain a stable connection, you need to talk to your ISP.
