Question / Help Trash Frames while streaming

I've tried this with output of 60 and 30 fps on OBS and they both look like this. I feel like I should be able to get a decent streaming experience with my hardware.

I totally forgot that that card was in my computer and I did the exact opposite and looked up how to use it as the primary encoder and now everything looks perfect.

Took out the 650 ran it again with these results

Having multiple GPUs installed will halve the PCI-E bandwidth available to each one, even if it isn't actively used. The 970 should be much faster than the 650.

And if you're using nvenc, it will offer FAR better picture quality.
