Question / Help transperancy how?

so i want to make some videos where i use pictures with a transperant mouth so i can talk instead of the person
but i have no clue how i should make such a picture and how to put it in obs
does anyone have some usefull tips ?

Use Photoshop or GIMP. Save them as PNGs with transparency (alpha). Cut away+delete the parts of the picture where you want it to be transparent. Pretty basic alpha stuff. Then just import it as an Image source. OBS fully supports gradient alpha layers in images, and even some video formats.
