Transparent scene transition and video rotation

Is there any way to make the scenes have a transparent feature? I would like to be able to transition out just the camera with the slide transition but keep all the rest of the scene in place. That or be able to transition between layers them selves. Also is being able to rotate the video to be on an angle like in xsplit a feature that might be added later?

To rotate video sources, right click on the source and choose transform. Choose the transform to your liking.

I ment more rotating on the Z axis. An example of what I mean is how the game and chat look like for Video Games Awesome. I'm sorry if you can already do this I just don't see how
