Bug Report Transition override not applying

Trying to add another transition override and its not applying. Any fix?

I've found a workaround by exporting the scene collection and editing the json file in Notepad++, then reimporting it. Seems to be working fine. Don't know what caused the bug, I don't remember it happening in earlier versions of OBS.
