Question / Help Transferring VHS to computer using OBS Studio

I just got OSB and it is not user friendly at all. Is there a step by step direction on how to use OBS to transfer VHS to computer. Last night I got the video to record but no sound. Got tired of trying to figure it out and went to bed. Tried to figure it out today and can't get a picture......PLEASE HELP!!!!!
