Totally confused

Ok so I just bought a new PC. And I have installed OBS and setup all the settings as I had before on my other computer.
Problem is that when I click the "Start Streaming" button I get an error message saying that either my stream key isn't correct or there is a problem connecting to the server.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS twice and get the same result.
I have also quadruple checked to make sure the stream key is correct and same result
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok so I just bought a new PC.

my deepest condolences. You should have gone for a 1650 super to get the better nvenc and your x264 settings are trash.
Beside that, the error is from ivlog.tv so ask them for support, they should be able to tell you why they think your stream key is wrong.
