Question / Help Total blackscreen

So I open up the OBS Studio on my new PC and it´s just black.
It worked on my last computer which was way worse.
Anyways, I can´t get a picture from anything, desktop, steam games, other games, nothing. It´s just black.
I just wanna stream again, I have my Twitch linked already.

Okay I figured it out,I found a YouTube video that explains it.

Also, any youtube video that claims "best settings" is automatically lying to you.
