"Torn" audio during recordings always between 2-4 min of the video

I've been using OBS for a long time and have switched from recording desktop audio to application-specific audio a few months ago due to some sound popping issues I have experienced before. Recently I noticed that when I record, my audio is always torn/jagged for a second or two between 2:00-4:00 minutes in and no matter how long the video is, it does not occure anywhere after. OBS does not detect any dropped frames or encoding issues, stuff I hear in my headphones "live" sounds perfectly clear. This does not happen when I stream. What would be the cause of this? How to get rid of it? Should I reinstall the program? I have attached logs in case someone can find anything concerning in them.

Not sure if it matters but I had both OBS and my audio devices set to 16bit 48khz, now I changed it to 44.1 and see if it makes a difference however I doubt it since the crackling/tearing happens in almost static time frame.

Below are settings I used for these recordings:

Do not use Application Audio Capture (BETA) or multiple track capture

Thanks, at first I assumed my case is not the same since the issue happens only in this specific time frame and never after or before, but I'll inspect and see if "normal" windows audio capture works.
