Anyone know of a tool to monitor hardware encoder performance? Obviously you can look at task manager or use GPUZ to see encoder load, but that's not necessarily the same as the speed at which the encoder is encoding at and can get bogged down even while well under 100% utilization depending on scenes and settings.
