Hi, I'm coming back here because I don't know what else to do. I stream in 1080p the game is star citizen, here the settings I use:

Here the problem I have with the image and pixelation: https://streamable.com/ynnr8

My pc is: i9 9900k 1080gtx 32gb
Internet : 100 down / 8 up
Last Log : https://obsproject.com/logs/DgA2brMewDOuKUTj

Why is this happening? What's the solution? I honestly don't know what else to try.

You only have 8 Mbps up. Your Internet connection can fluctuate depending on the quality of service. If the 8Mbps up is the peak maximum, and it is bouncing around in a 20% range, its too close to your bitrate.

8Mbps less 20% = 8Mbps -1.6Mbps = 6.4Mbps.

You are really cutting it close with giving your stream a CBR of 6000 (6Mbps). You really need a higher upload rate from your Internet Service Provider to safely operate at 6Mbps. I would recommend getting a higher service plan.

For now, try setting the bitrate lower to 5000 (5Mbps) and use less than 1080p resolution on Youtube like 720p or 900p.

Por ahora, intente configurar la tasa de bits más baja a 5000 (5Mbps) y use una resolución inferior a 1080p en Youtube como 720p o 900p. [/ QUOTE]

Even if I lower the output to 720p and a bitrate of 4500 or 5000 with 30 or 60fps still looks bad. Until a few weeks ago I used it in 1080p, with vbr 4700 - 6700 and it worked great, the problem is with YouTube. In twitch it looks very good

In 720p Video ----> https://streamable.com/wee7v

Then if its a problem in YouTube, provide us with a link to YouTube so we can see the actual stream. Don't show us an uploaded recording or video URL and point us to streamable.com. Streamable can take your video and do anything it wants with it to make it look different.
