Too much Bass in my Desktop Audio

Wondering how to fix there being too much bass in my Desktop Audio, sounds like I'm in a car that shakes every time there is bass in the loud music. I have the VST 2.x Plug-in, and I do have it trying to reduce the bass in my Desktop Audio, but it's not doing much. That is the only filter I have on it. Help :)

Are you sure it's not an issue with your playback? Try disabling audio effects. You also have multiple audio capture sources in your scene, make sure they are not all active.

I had the same problem for a very long time, and after turning off Audio Enhancements, I found out that the enhancement applied only on the video I recorded with OBS and not the desktop audio recording itself.
