Question / Help Too many Video Devices?

So i recently got a logitech webcam for my stream. when i try to add it on top of my console capture and stop preview, it freezes. i cannot even close it via task manager. I don't think it's an issue with my pc, i have a 3.8 ghz Quad Core Processor.

Any help?

You're likely overloading your USB bus. Try different USB ports for all your devices or lower the resolution on the camera.

I only stream at 500 bit rate due to my internet and the webcam is at 320x240.
