Too many Requests

I am opening OBS and receiving the "Too Many Requests" in my chat and stats docks. however, a temporary fix is to close the docks, then open them from the docks menu, they then load normally. However, if you use the docks menu to remove the docks, then attempt to bring them back, the issue persist with the "Too Many Requests." How can I fix this permanently?

I have been having a similar issue, iv tried deleting the cache and disconnecting my account then logging back in but that hasn't been helping long term either

May have found a fix try lowering your bitrate

This was an issue on Twitch's side, it's supposedly fixed.
