Hello.

So as the title says im running some tests stream to check the stream quality and such. im dropping tons of frames for no reason.

Im not using my bandwith for anything else. No torrents. No HD videos streaming.

My rig is pretty strong:
CPU: i7 4790K
GPU: Radeon R9 280
Mobo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger
Ram: 32 GB

the log file is here: https://gist.github.com/bb78b39a3cc1838f012df6be06524600

Seriously im not newbie in streaming i just took a big break. OBS is updated.

Can't think of what's causing dropped frames.

Any help appreciated

EDIT: Forgot to mention my UPLOAD speed is 5Mbps and my BITRATE is 2800 on OBS Studio

What monitor do you have? 60hz? Make sure your desktop refresh rate is set to 60, same as in game fps if there is switch for it and you have vsync enabled in game. Then you will be able to grab 30 fps effectively
Install CoreAudio codec form Applle - it repordetly lowers cpu load vs bad media foundation you are using now. you will find details in my signature

what do you mean by "bad media foundation" ?

i never played and never will play with vsync as i play competitive games. my monitor refresh rate is on 60.

I've been streaming for more than 1 year with no problems. something else happens here

ill try vsync on just to prove you that its not the problem

EDIT: Vsync on doesnt fix the problem.

Quality numbers on your connection being below 80 means that your connection is indeed the problem.

Try the test again with a 1-2 minute test instead of the 10 second test.

I think doing recording with stream encoder choosen as recording one should confirm this.

UPDATE: Tried to stream on hitbox as my last chance to see if my connection is having problems. 0 FRAMES DROPPED, streamed for 20 mins.

Tried to switch over all european Twitch servers. Frames dropping again, not as yesterday but a 5-10% of the stream. which is unacceptable for me.

Is There a way to optimize my connection to twitch servers? My connection is obviously not the problem

It is a problem with your connection to the twitch servers if hitbox drops no frames.
Nothing we can really help with.

UPDATE: Called my ISP and they say that everything seems normal on my line and since that i have problems connecting only on this site's servers ( twitch ) i should contact them.
