I'm looking for a way to work on an HDR screen and share it with viewers who only have SDR screens. I see that OBS supports tone mapping of HDR to SDR as well as native support for Apple Silicon, but I don't see a way to actually capture an HDR screen and have the stream or recording show as tone mapped SDR. What I see is clipped rather than properly tone mapped. Is this possible? If so, which settings or additional requirements would enable this?
