hello all,im wondering if there is a keybord short-cut to zoom "the sceen" im working on?

hello again i copied the 2 plugins in the OBS studio-folder,but i dont understand the procedure to make it work on OBS?
it's writer this:
How to use motion transition?
1. Add to your transition list then switch scene. just this one

that is what i dont know how to do??
