Question / Help To stream should i connect to the server with better ms (ping) or higher bandwith

I could connect to texas and have 94ms and have 744 kbps or connect to seattle and have 26ms 632kbps

744 Kbps might not be enough, try to get faster upload speed from your internet service provider (isp).
At this low of bitrate, might need to go for 64 Kbps audio, 500 Kbps video at a low resolution of 640x360.

Test the speed again a little longer, as bitrate may have changed overtime depending on the load of your internet and server.

If above 3500 Kbps, go with lower ping.

You shouldn't stream at all with that kind of a connection.

ping time isn't as important as connection quality.
