I'm trying to use my android phone as a webcam. I downloaded IP Webcam and have that running on the phone and logged onto IP Webcam in my browser. I see the broadscast to my browser, but when opening OSB, it says to start the XSplit Broadcaster. I can't seem to find this. What am I missing?

That is a different, competing, paid software broadcasting suite. Your IP cam app probably just needs to be added as a browser source, or has other instructions on how to use it with OBS. We can't provide support for their software though.
