I am not running anything other than origin overlay. Titanfall with OBS works fine the first time, 2nd time I run it my HDD sees immense activity and the game just crawls down...
I've been having issues for about 2 months now. Cannot stream Titanfall with Origin Overlay enabled. Disabling keeps Titanfall from locking up but that removes the ability to play with friends. I have noticed with the last update of OBS the Steam Overlay no longer shows up in OBS (Which is fine, I was getting tired of IMs showing up on my streams) and dose not impact steam games (which is good).
I can use the Origin overlay on every other game though except Titanfall. BF3 and BF4 works fine.
Honestly I have just noticed the same issue almost to the T. I did a BF4 Bow video for a friend and the video was decent. However I have captured to file atleast four hours of Titanfall gameplay and it all looks like trash. I have my video cap setting up to full 1080 capture running at 30FPS to see if that gave me a better output but to no luck (Also this is relatively taxinng on my older PC)
I hear Disabling you Origin Overlay could solve it. Its my next step to solving my own.
However I could also ask whats the best (Generic) settings to record Titanfall. Just in case I have messed something up.
