Question / Help Tired of OBS having fits dont know how to fix

I have already gone through a lot of the sticky's posted, but I no longer have the will to dig through for hours of googling, so I help you guys can help too. Whenever I am streaming, OBS acts fine for a couple hours before suddenly tanking its bit rate and causing massive frame drops. Other than that Frame drops don't happen, and OBS behaves normally. I have noticed this mainly with online games. I have any info at hand that will be needed to help.

If you really went through the stickies, why didn't do what they said and post a log?

I was on my phone at the time and couldn't. Not to mention I've been without Wifi for a few days and didn't want to type out the entire log on my phone. Here is the log

Well thats not just the issue, had the same problem trying to record a game ive had no issue playing and recording in the past

The Windows 10 CU added a new Game Mode option which causes issues more often than it helps. It is recommended to disable it when using OBS. See here for how to disable: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-disable-game-mode-windows-10-creators-update

I have had it off for quite some time, so that isnt the issue
