Question / Help Tip for easy typing to twitch chat while playing

I was hoping there might be a program that lets me toggle which window gets the keyboard focus without minimizing my game, but I don't think anything like that exists (and I'm not sure windows allows that kind of functionality?).

What is the easiest way to go about this? I've got two monitors so I already watch chat, and sometimes I use my laptop to respond but that's a pain. Minmizing the game to respond to chat is clunky and dangerous depending on the game you're in.

Either run your games in fullscreen window mode (borderless window) so you can tab out without them minimizing,
or try to use speech recognition on your laptop to enter chat. I think there is not much more you can do.
