Timmed/ruled Scene switching

I believe it would be very beneficial to anyone having the ability to switch scenes automatically by either a set rage of time or either by a set of rules such as when a program runs or closes.

Already implemented via a plugin in the plugins forum, the scene switcher plugins. Maybe not via time stuff but definitely depending on what applications are open.
