Timelapsing with no editing software

I would like to be able to record timelapses straight with the OBS so I don't need any editing software. There should be away to slow the encoding. There should be a thing for setting the encoding speed. Like I want to capture 1 frame per second and in 30s OBS has encoded 1s. If anyone know a plugin what does this I would love to get my hands on it :D If not I would love to see it in the OBS or as plugin soon :P It should not be hard to do.. But because I don't know coding languages I can't do it myself.

Yeah, you should just use editing software for this. What you're asking for is like asking for alternative way to drive in nails besides a hammer. Just use the right tool for the job.
