Question / Help thunderbolt vs usb 3.0

Sorry for all the questions everyone,
just wondering when it comes to live streaming with obs, is there any quality benefit to using a thunderbolt capture card instead of a usb 3.0 ? thanks

Between thunderbolt and usb 3.0 (not usb 2.0) there isn't a noticeable difference as both interfaces have the available bandwidth to keep up with high definition video feeds.
