how to have the blue window take up entire frame. solution? apologies..........new to this. Trying to simply copy from camcorder to OBS. TIA

If it's only a single source you want to record, leave it at its native resolution (Ctrl+R to reset any transforms) and then right click it and choose "Resize output (source size)". This will change your OBS canvas size (Settings / Video) to match the source exactly.
