It works in every other program I open it in: Windows 10 picture viewer, Edge, Gimp, chrome through the drive link I posted down below. It has long delays (~20sec) between some frames. Is there a way to make it work properly? Does OBS not support gifs like this?

Edit: Whoops, guess the files did post. The page did not reflect this until I posted.
This is in OBS Studio, latest version. The gif loads, but the playback is not the same as the other programs mentioned above. The long delays seem to be on the wrong frames.
