I already got an i7 2600 and 6950 HD and thinking about picking up a pc to game on and using my current computer to stream. I know that I will need a capture card however other then the mic and capture card what other hardware will I need to stream with a USB yeti mic on a two PC build? I have been told you cannot use a blue yeti or any USB mic on a two pc setup and I will have to use a gaming headset with a splitter is this true?

In general, that is true, however since we are on a computer and have some more immagination than these poor guys, we could use Virtual Audio Cable to send the Blue Yeti sound to the second PC on a dedicated line. Or we can use TeamSpeak to send it over, or we can use an external mixer to get the sound over. There are probably more options, but yea it depends on how you prefer to do it, if its ok to spend a few more bucks etc.
I personally would combine VAC and TeamSpeak to do it.
