Here is my log file: http://pastebin.com/F5wGPz3q
Here is my speedtest.net result http://www.speedtest.net/result/2520935998.png

I get this message whenever I try to view my stream on twitch.tv. According to OBS I am not dropping any frames and my bitrate is green almost 100% of the time. If I stream just me browsing the internet then there are no issues, but as soon as I launch a game the stream freezes and it it says "There seems to be a problem downloading this stream", will catch up for a second, then freeze and repeat. I get no lag on my end at all. I stream using game source and have tried streaming with my monitor as well. I have tried with my max bitrate at 1500 and buffer at 1500, maxbitrate and buffer at 2000 and maxbitrate at 2000 and buffer at 4000, none of which had any effect on the stream whatsoever. Any idea on what to do to fix this?

Have you tried a different RMTP-server, and see if that "fixes" the issue.

Btw, don't use Speedtest.net - use www.testmy.net and select the 33MB upload test and see what it says.

I do have the same issue but it tends to happen during evening when all the "big" streamers come online.
During morning and day I have absolutely no problems at all.
I tried all the different RTM servers and nothing have helped me.
To me it seems like the issue lies with Twitch but if anybody has any other idea please share.
Forgot to add that I have even tried it with XSplit and I get the same issue with that software just during evenings as said previously.
