when i recored I only have audio no video I went to gamecapture then clicked overwatch what did I do wrong

You have switched OBS to your Nvidia GPU.
Unfortunately, there is no streaming info in that log.

streaming start -------- streaming stop is the section with info about your stream

Post a new log.

So, try these settings

Simple settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder x264 or x264 low CPU or NVENC (try and stick with the best for your needs)
Format FLV

Use NVENC. If you unlocked in-game FPS, cap it to a reasonable value. Lower graphics too if needed.
