Question / Help There is no reason for dropframe but...

Hi everyone, i will loose my mind. Im trying stream to twitch but mostly there are a lot of dropped frame , disconnecting with no reason even lowest resolution.

First off, i read and apply " ****Dropped frames/disconnecting/lag? Read this first!****" topic...
I tried all settings combination...
I find my best server with twitch tool...
I test my upload speed with different sites...
My friend can streaming 720p in my home with my same ethernet cable... (Him notebook worst than my pc)
I tried all windows versions... (7,8,10)
I formatted my pc 20 25 times...
My drivers and bios are up to date...
I tried with antivirus and without antivirus.
I even tried with wireless connection...

My system is:
i5 3570K cpu, gtx 750 ti gpu, 2x4gb 1600mHz ddr3 ram, P8Z77-V motherboard, 180gb ssd, 2x500gb hdd.50mbps download, 5mbps upload speed...


So, What is the problem? Im gonna cry...

Check servers elsewhere in the world, but yea, your connection to the EU servers is terrible.

i called my isp, they said we can change your ip. And result. what can i do :(

Not a lot, there are no servers in that list with enough quality to be able to stream.

yeah, but why? i have a good upload speed (5mbps)

Results from speedtest.net aren't relevant here.
