There is just random lag in recordings from OBS. [no lag in games while recording though]

I just wanted to capture my gameplay and other stuff with obs and after viewing the recordings I found random fps drops/lag in the recordings. I tried almost all solutions and nothing worked. The funny thing is that when I use game bar (game dvr) to record gameplay it is smooth af. Idk what is wrong with my obs. Any help would be appreciated....

I have only 1 open

I have only 1 window of obs open. This lag occurs in every vid I record....
