Question / Help There aren't advanced Output options in OBS. How can I solve it?

It worked about 1-2 weeks ago, but now it's not.
I have the latest OBS and an AMD video card. I tried to install an OBS plugin for AMD video cards, but nothing changed.
I would like to stream with video card decoding so that's why it's so important to me.

I just installed an older version of OBS (20.1.3) and now it's fine.
