Question / Help the video was stuttering

hello guys

so yesterday i was recording some of overwatch and it was fine ,, but today i was recording csgo and the video was unwatchable it was lagging and stuttering ... is it because i was recording for like 40 min ?
+ the game was on my hdd and the recording was to my ssd

Instead of using the "Slower" CPU preset, try using veryfast or something like that. The quality difference isn't huge.

thank you man but i thought that maybe shadowplay has something to do with it ,, and when i turned shadowplay off the video was perfect ..
