The video stream stutters.

For testing purposes, create a new Scene Collection & add just (1) source. Current collection is already bugged, you can de-bug it later.

It didn't help

Recording with the OBS window open on a Samsung. 10-bit 144Hz on.
Attached is the log and video.

And then I move the OBS window to the LG, and it immediately starts stuttering.
Attached is the log and video.

So, the OBS window on my LG is stuttering. I move the OBS window to my Samsung, and the stuttering miraculously disappears in real time, regardless of the settings.
Attached is the log and video.

Not much changed from 2 hours ago so I'm not sure what you're expecting to happen. All this still applies.

Rendering lag is GPU overload

1. Run the Samsung @ 120HZ
2. Disable HDR/10-bit color on the Samsung
3. Fix your Scenes, they're all bugged with multiple captures. There should only be (1) Display, Game or Window capture per Scene to avoid interference.
4. P5 is the correct Preset
5. qres or Single Pass/Disabled are the correct Multipass settings.

За два часа мало что изменилось, так что я не знаю, чего вы ожидаете. Всё это по-прежнему актуально.
Why would I degrade my picture quality if it doesn't affect or solve the problem?
Did you watch the video? It shows that even if the OBS window stutters on the LG, if I move the OBS window to the Samsung, there's no stuttering. This all works online, without restarting applications. The problem is somewhere else.
I'm sure that even if I run a miner or another game on an additional monitor, and the OBS window is on the Samsung, there won't be any stuttering.
