Yep, more than enough. The question becomes which service you want to stream to, as each have varying realistic bitrate limits, which determines the 'budget' into which you have to fit your desired resolution and framerate.
For example, on Twitch it's strongly recommended not to exceed 2000kbps bitrate, to avoid viewer buffering. A 720p@30fps, x264 Veryfast stream fits into this pretty well (or a 480p@60fps stream if you're playing a retro game with sprite blitting).
Youtube has a significantly higher non-partner cap, as they have a stronger infrastructure.
