The stream stops or doesnt start at all like obs doesnt get internet

I have had this problem for a while and every time i try to stream it either stops after a few minutes or it doesnt start in the first place. I dont know why is this happening but its a bit frustrating when i bought a new pc and this is happening.

1. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
2. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via these instructions.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on short cut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.

Thank you i will try the second and third step.
The first one is out of the question due to the placement of the router and my pc but thank you anyway.

Well it still happens i guess its because wifi
