Question / Help The specified class was not found.

whenever I try to live stream via twitch it tells me:

Could not connect to server

Could not resolve live-lhr.twitch.tv: The specified class was not found. (10109)

Please could someone help or give advice,

You probably have malware or a corrupt TCP/IP stack.

I have the same problem, i have tried the fix to no avail.
I prefer to not re-install windows.
