The software is automatically zooming in, MORE, every time I start it

I am not particularly dense, just over worked, long hours etc, AND every time I start OBS, it's automatically zooming into my face, from head and shoulders.... and 6 restarts later, it's doing a fine job of my eye brow.
I cannot find a very simple "self evident" control for the cameras DIGITAL zoom.... and I have looked through quite a lot of the menus and similar - looking for the camera digital zoom control.
No luck so far.
Can anyone help with this by posting THE link or a list to follow through the menus etc.
