The RTMP server sent an invalid SSL certificate

I get this error while trying to livestream on Instagram.
I used a program called "Yellow Duck" to get stream URL and key. It was working fine until recently I get this message everytime I start to stream:

Failed to connect to server
The RTMP server sent an invalid SSL certificate

Here's the log:

I would appreatiate it if someone can up up with a solution, or at least explain the problem.

I turned firewall and windows defender off but still same error.

Whatever VM you are using likely does not have an up to date root CA bundle.

i am facing the same error plse help me in this i have uninstalled and re installed obs also. i need immediate solution please
